Exchange Policy

At Tantuk, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted woolen products. While we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, we provide an exchange policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.


How to Exchange an Item

  1. Initiate an Exchange Request:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

    • Reach us via:

    • Provide the following details:

      • Order number

      • Product details

      • Reason for the exchange

      • The item you’d like to exchange for (if applicable)

  2. Shipping the Item Back:

    • Ship the product to the following address: 94/7, Pushp Vihar, Saket Colony, Ajabpur Kalan, Dharampur, Dehradun 248001

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. For damaged or defective products, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  3. Inspection and Approval:

    • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria:

      • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

      • Tags and original packaging must be intact.

    • After approval, we will process your exchange and ship the new item.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or exchange and cover the cost of return shipping for such cases.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may select another product of equal or greater value (additional payment may apply).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be adjusted during the exchange process.
